NET TRAM & iDEAL CARS FORM NEW PARTNERSHIP TO HELP CUSTOMERS IN HUCKNALL
TRAM & TAXI PARTNERSHIP TO OFFER CUSTOMERS DISCOUNT FARES
The tram network in Nottingham has partnered with a local taxi firm to offer discounted fares to help customers catch trams to and from Hucknall.
NET has teamed up with iDEAL CARS after changes to a local bus service meant that some customers were now unable to get to the tram stop in Hucknall in the early morning and late in the evening.
The firm is now offering NET customers 10% off taxi fares for journeys to and from the stop at any time, when they show a valid tram ticket.
Jamie Swift, NET Marketing Manager, commented: “We’re delighted to partner with a local company to offer our loyal customers another additional benefit of using the tram.
“We hope this partnership will continue to make access to the tram even easier and help encourage more people to discover how convenient the service is to use.”
Hucknall-based iDEAL CARS was formed in August this year and provides a range of modern vehicles with fully licensed and experienced drivers for private hire bookings across Nottingham.
Director, Ian Brough explained: “We already offer a cheaper alternative to other taxi firms in the Hucknall area, so our 10% discount should make our fares even lighter on the pocket of NET customers.
“We’re pleased to partner with NET as we look to add value to Nottingham’s excellent tram service and provide customers with a means of avoiding a potentially long walk in the cold winter weather.”

READY FOR MORE IN 2016
7 months in and the directors at Ideal Cars are delighted with the amazing results so far.
The month of December 2015 broke all records so far with the company completing almost 11,000 car and minibus jobs locally and nationwide. The figures proving that the people and local businesses in Hucknall have truly embraced the arrival of Ideal Cars.
Director Ian Brough said “We are very pleased with the results and hope to be even busier in the new year with our regular day to day shopping, hospital, doctors journeys, increasing account and local authority contracts and airport work. Our staff and drivers are doing a great job of maintaining a great service and we aim to carry on doing more of the same in 2016, we cant thank our customers enough for the support and encouragement”
Ideal Cars have added a number of new account customers to their portfolio and have a number of new incentives and partnership deals that they plan to launch later in the year which will generate more driver vacancies.
The directors at Ideal Cars are adamant that they will maintain a high level of service locally whilst the company expands and carries out more work in surrounding towns and villages.

TRAM PARTNERSHIP IS WORKING
Ideal Cars are pleased to announce a 40% increase in pick ups from the tram stop since the launch of their partnership with NET Tram which offers discounted fares to tram users in Hucknall. Passengers are taking advantage of the 10% off on production of a valid tram ticket and appear to be delighted with the project.
The partnership, the only one of its kind in Nottinghamshire so far has been commended by many, including councillors in the district as a real effort to help the local community.
Ideal Cars are keen to be recognised as a community ‘Taxi‘ company and are delighted with the increase in usage which is benefiting all parties. The partnership/scheme has no planned end date.

ANOTHER RECORD MONTH FOR iDEAL CARS
The drivers, staff and management team at iDEAL CARS are celebrating after confirmation that February was another growth month completing almost 600 jobs more than in January! The whole team are excited at the prospects of further growth this year.
This week the company will commence an advertising campaign to offer Airport Taxis & Transfers to/from towns and villages adjoining Hucknall including Watnall, Kimberley, Giltbrook, Newthorpe, Eastwood, Underwood and Selston.

For some time now iDEAL CARS have been offering Credit and Debit Card payments to customers COMPLETELY FREE as an easier and more convenient way to pay. Popularity for this payment method has grown and in order to further improve service to customers a new IN-CAR CONTACTLESS PAYMENT option is being introduced in May 2016. This is a very convenient “faster way to pay” which will impress not only existing customers but also win more new customers for iDEAL CARS, the local Private Hire ‘Taxi’ phenomenon.

1ST BIRTHDAY…& MANY MORE TO COME!
iDEAL CARS celebrated its 1st birthday on the 3rd August 2016 and looking back we cannot believe how quickly the last year has past!
The company has grown to 30 drivers, 6 full-time staff and is carrying out approximately 13,000 jobs per month (and still growing!). Its quite an achievement for any Private Hire ‘Taxi’ company especially in such a short space of time and the directors and shareholders are extremely proud of the progress to date.
iDEAL CARS is facing another phase of growth and demand is relentless having generated lots of ‘bread and butter’ work in Hucknall and all surrounding villages in town with airport transfers exceeding all expectations. MORE DRIVERS ARE NEEDED URGENTLY as sadly work is still being turned away at all times of the day and night throughout the week!

OFF TO THE RACES..
iDEAL CARS were out in force yesterday transporting over 60 passengers to Ladies Day at Southwell Races.
A surprising number of bookings were made by several large and small groups of people hoping to win a few quid and enjoy a few glasses of the good stuff at one of the most prominent local race days of the year.
All went according to plan and despite some queuing at the venue, all went without any issues.

iDEAL CARS are enjoying further growth in customer demand as job numbers soar towards a new record high in October.
We have been inundated with an increase in calls and bookings as the community acknowledges iDEAL CARS as the No.1 LOCAL, HONEST , RELAIBLE, SAFE and CHEAPER option in the area.
As a result, iDEAL CARS have created employment opportunities for more Telephone/Dispatch Operators and openings for more Drivers. So far the fleet has increased by 25% and is still looking for at least 10 more drivers to start immediately or as soon as possible.

iDEAL CARS – GIVING A LITTLE SOMETHING BACK
iDEAL CARS drivers have been contributing 1p per job completed which will be donated to local charities/causes as a gesture of goodwill in the Hucknall community.
November’s job total of 15,182 raised a ‘Giving a little something back’ donation total of £151.82 which was presented to the Hucknall Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
